Chevron Texaco Oil and Gas Company Lottery Promotion is a bloody scam. There is no such thing as a lottery won by an email address stucked in some spam database. And please don't be an idiot to try and compare the "Serial Number and Lucky Number". I will laugh off my chair. These scammers change these numbers everyday. Just because No One post a scam mail that matches Your number does not mean that one is a real lottery win. Sorry for being rude, but if you feel offended its good because its a wake up call - you will remember this well and never commit the same mistake again.
If you hate spam mails, you will also like to know that its the spammers who are sending you these emails. Legitimate lottery wins does not drop into your mail box, like Santa Claus did when he tried to squeeze through your tight chimney.
All names (including Entity) used in the email are fake. Forget about Beijing and all the address crap. If you want to see one such email, Jay at Hotscams.com has thousands of such lottery win and is already a billionaire.

They hack the email address of some unsuspecting person. Send their rubbish on that account and give you a different return address.
All you have to do is copy that return address . Do a internet search and request a new password for their email account. "presto" they have no access to their account. And because they are criminals they would think that their account has been suspended because of their activities.
If enough people start to do this then we will have some peace(or not ) but it sure feels good to do something.
