I have just received a text message on my mobile informing me that I have won R1 000 000,00 on the Worldwide UK International America Lottery Bonanza with ticket no.: 0404 Batch no.: 7777 and that I should contact the Fiduciary Claim Agent on number 0797528592 or to email chevronpaymentdept@gmail.com to claim my prize with the contact person named Peter Williams.

This whole thing is suspicious because I never entered any Overseas Lottery.  Can someone please give me some advice?

i have also reciver mail stating u hav won 750000.00 GBP.i also send adress ,no,is this  going to create any problem.some person call on my no n said he is arrived to pay u the price money...n was demanding 20000 rs for custom n processing n all.....should i trust him or let it go...plz tellme as soon as possible

If he says you win 750000 GBP, then ask him to deduct all the fees from that winnings and give you the balance. This is a scam anyway. In any real lottery win, you don't have to pay a single cent to collect your winnings.

If he is not happy with you, ask him to email to Jay at Hotscams.com and I will give the scammer a good fuck.

I also get same mail from  SAUDI ARABIAN OIL AND GAS COMPANY (SAUDI ARAMCO). i suggest you do not communicate with your details. i t can be dangerous.

Seriously, if a company as big as Chevron or Texaco said that you won a prize (especially money) do you seriously think they would send you an e-mail telling you that u did. SERIOUSLY-THINK ABOUT IT.

i received a email as well saying i won 850,000 from chevron texaco poverty alliveation program 2009 and i replied with my name adress and telephone number as well, i did not know it was a scam i did not give any other info am i in any danger???

I got nearly the same message here... from +2347032447683 stating that I won GBP 250.000.00. I should reply to +4470204072 or chevronconet@live.com

I hope this will stop soon..
