There was an scam article regarding Visa and Mastercard scam in northern Ireland. This scam is not done over the internet, but via direct contact through a phone call. In one of the scam, the caller mentioned that you need to provide your credit card information just to clear an outstanding debt….
Perhaps, just like email scams, never release your credit card information when someone contact you via email or phone.
