Smooth talking scam artist by the name of Anthony Miller was caught by the police last year, and a GPS tether was attached to his ankle. A few days ago, the police lost track of him after he cut off the tether, and a warning message was issued to keep a lookout for this guy. According to the news, he has joined a ring of local scam artists.

Police warned about opening doors to strangers. Anthony Miller is white, 28 years old, about 6 feet 3 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. Police said he often goes by different aliases.

Nichols said Miller is wanted in Florida for stealing a $200,000 ring right off a woman’s hand in what’s called a “fizzy water scam.”

Miller dropped an antacid tablet into water and told the woman that the water contained acid and he somehow got her to slip off her ring, police said.

“He’s probably one of the worst I’ve seen. He’s ruthless. He’ll come to your door and take everything you have,” said Nichols.

We are still wondering how the ring was lost in the fizzy water scam described above. He could have simply taken it away from the victim using some scam stories.
