Following our earlier publish of the Holiday scam video at YouTube, we received a news that EC is going to put an end to such scams:

“The European Commission has announced plans to tighten rules on
timeshare selling and to extend them to cover hitherto unregulated
areas. These include holiday clubs and the sale of existing timeshares
to new owners, both increasingly fertile areas for fraudsters.

Upfront payments will be banned, making it harder for high-pressure
sales forces to encourage buyers to sign up immediately at seminars and
other marketing events, rather than giving them time to think over
offers before making a decision.”
