What is so bad about Free Lunch!?

Very often we are invited to seminars that come with free meals (tea or lunch). This is not “always” a bad thing, as companies such as Autodesk and Intel has also organised seminars to spread public awareness about their new products.

But when some investment firm use “free lunch” as a carrot to lure the public to attend their seminar, which is followed by pressurizing sales tactic to force the participants to buy into questionable investment schemes.

If you are interested in joining a volunteer group to help monitor such schemes, check it out here at Free Lunch Monitor.
