Lottery Scam: SBAL LOTTERY WINNERS – Scammer in China

The scammer is currently located in China. And in order to claim the fake $12.45m winnings, they would require you to pay for the “ATM card” which is $450 including delivery charges.

Only fake lottery require you to pay money (for anything) in order to get your money. If this is a real lottery, they could have simply deduct $450 from $12.45m and send you the balance. And what is $450 to an organisation running lottery. Never pay money to get a prize money. Its stupid.

Secondly, anyway, you cannot win a foreign lottery this way – without buying any tickets or active participation. And there are only a few legal lotteries that can be bought online. We recommend that you buy lottery tickets from your local/state lottery which is authorised. Best of all, don’t buy.

All the names used in the mails are fake.
