Urgent. People are being taken advantage of every day by a company called Century Photo Products. I understand that they are under investigation – however, their website is still live and from what I understand they have several other names. I have been their customer for 10 years and until this year there was never a problem. I ordered from them a year ago and still have not received what I ordered and am not able to receive a refund. They dont answer their phone, and when they do, they claim that they will send a check back, but they generally don’t. In the rare case that they do, it bounces.
This company is clearly committing fraud and action needs to be taken immediately to stop them and prevent others from being duped. This is how they list their address:
