We are wondering how would "ATM Card Shipment" become a scam these days. These moron scammers must be so poor that they have never used an ATM card their whole life.
I have never paid for an ATM Card, or even Credit Card replacements. The banks can afford that courier charges.
Obviously, only Scammers cannot afford such things. That is why there is such a scam.
"Pay $720 to ship an ATM Card over!"

This has to be the most idiotic scam I have ever seen! To have a payment that is compensation as an apology for previous scams!
