This scam has been running around for more than 2 years, but we just received the latest version from our reader.
We did try to find out where on earth is "Liverwood", and the search results have only scam reports. Apparently, this scam would not be successful because it is posted every on the web.

Wow. The scammers aren't even putting in any effort when it just's just a sentence and then the contact information request. At least other scams have a creative narrative.

I received the exact same notification today. I figured it was a scam, quick Google search confirmed. I guess I'm going to have to make my money the old fashioned way - earn it!

I live in South Louisiana and i just got the same scam. I was once scammed before also. I applied for a job on the internet for an office manager position and communicated with some guy for a couple weeks before he sent me some fake money orders to be cashed and wired to him in Africa. The funny thing was they were postmarked as being mailed from New York. I knew it was a scam and brought it to the police station. Whoever Liverwood inc is can kiss my a$$. I did reply and am playing stupid so i can more info from them and report them to the police
