Oh, how I wish the prize is real. But too bad, this is a scam. You cannot win a lottery simply with an email address and without participating. And we do not recall there is any “Powerball” lottery in the UK. And anyone who believes in this crap is doomed to lose some money in the form of legal fees, etc.
