This a fake UK Lottery Organisation scam mail. Its a joke - how and why would UK lottery be held at Bangkok-Thailand?

I actually got something similar just recently.
I landed in London's airport and immediately got an SMS saying - You've won $10Mill in the national UK lottery. All you need to do is send your bank details to this number...
I actually can't believe there are people that fall for these things. But I suppose there must be some, or there wouldn't be scams such as these.
