This email could have scammed some people in the Europe, esp. when they are using url of an official website in the scam.

– There is no such thing as an online, international lottery award.
– You can’t win a lottery that you did not join or pay a single cent.
– The scammer will make you pay money, to get the prize. You never have to pay money to receive money. This is typical basics of a scam.
