This is the first time we hear about this lottery scam.

I, recieved a letter this am,stated that I had won 59,000,000.Mr.Hamilton wanted to get straight to the point. Well, let me get straight to the point. YOU are a liar! I HAVE NOT WON SHIT!!!!

Yeah! I received this similar notification but the worst thing is that this scammers actually telephoned me. To ask for the USD 175.00 and even gave me the dealine to pay by morning. 

They have the audacity to actually create a website to scam people? Can anyone stop them, I have tried the FBI website complaint form but nothing seems to happen
