We wouldn't be surprise with that. They have been
targeting people in pet and job scams in other boards or classifieds. Anything that requires some advanced fees in the form of shipping charges, legal fees, transfer fees, etc. If they approach you and you have to pay first, forget it. (hmm, then there will be no trade?)
