The following email is a scam and the Zip file contains a trojan virus. Note that we may not publish all versions of the same type of virus scam mail within a close period. All emails with the similar but not exactly the same content, but with an attachment, could possibly contain the infected file. The action is to delete these mails.
Ofcourse, if you actually ordered something through DHL, that is another case. We are referring to unsolicited spam mails that managed to into your inbox.
Please do not download and unzip the file.

I was expecting a download attached to an e-mail, and when this one appeared it looked suspicious, but like a fool I opened it. It really raises havoc with the computer. Nothing opens to fight it. I had a hell of a time, because my internet security had just expired recently and I haven't had the computer on. It put big blocking screens up and wants you to give it access to download more stuff

I tried blackinglisting the domain *@dhl.com
but they still come through cause almost everything is forged in the header

Ok, so if someone has downloaded it and the trojan has been "triggered" what can you do about it. Running McAffee and Spybot doesnt help. Any clues.
