Pet Scam: Free Husky Puppies
One of our readers discovered that he was almost scammed, after checking out the comments by others at Yorkie Puppy Scam report. The following is a summary of the story:
1) The scammer is located in Africa.
2) He will post an ad on the local papers/classifieds, saying that he has just flown over to Africa.
3) He is offering a pet dog for free, but you will need pay for “shipment” to another party (same people).
As in most scams, nothing is real. This includes the name of the seller and the dogs. These are all make-up story to cheat money. Once you pay for the “shipment” charges to “the other party”, they are gone.

Thank you very much and i’m very very happy to read from you about your response on taking good care of the babies,they are 18weeks old and both home trained and outdoor trained also playful with other animals and kids. The male named (timy) weigh 16lbs and the
female named (simy) weigh 16.5lbs and will weigh big when fully grown. they are both A K C registered and shots are given up to date and both home trained,both of them are my darling sweetheart and super spoiled!
They both have a sweet personality and love to play and be carried around. But i’m very sorry to tell you that it is too late for you to get the babies now. What really happened was that i just left the states for Africa some few days ago after i posted the the ad in the newspaper and before i left, i did not get any response from anybody that could take very good care of them for me. So i got a missionary call from our missionary headquarters in Africa, t hen i had to bring the babies along with me here to Africa since i couldn’t find
someone to adopt them before i left the states.
I’m still willing togive the babies out to someone who can take very good care of them for me forever. All papers will accompany the puppies when shipped to you, Due to our long staying over here in Africa, and the bad weather my Wife and I have concluded to get good home and care for our babies. We are not charging or selling them to you for money but to save their lives and care for them,so this means that you and i will be paying for the shipment of the puppies to you. They are VET checked, but right now we are in Africa on a Christian mission with my wife and 3 kids together with simy and timy, we have the puppies right here with us.

Hi there I replied to an advert on sell your baby items here, it was a pic of an 8week old english bulldog, I replied to the add, the ladies name was witney cole,she added me on facebook and started pm me, she told me the puppy was called charlie, 8weeks old,toilet trained etc, then after 3 days of talking she said I could have him, then stated she was in hamburg in germany, I told her straight away I was not giving bank detailed over the internet, then she said I had to pay £100 to get the puppy delivered, she passed an email add to me cargolux pet delivery, she said they will contact me today with details of how to pay! So I googled that add and low and behold its a scam, I’m really glad I took appropriate steps this time as I’ve had my bank emptied 3 times from so called loan companies, these people should be shot, its hard enough to live on a daily basis without being scammed, I bet their parents will be proud, saying that the parents are probably in on it as well!

I just relocated in Yaounde where i got my new job as a medical doctor.I have two puppies but the climate here is too harsh for the health of my puppies. also, the condition my new job does not give me enough time to spend with my pets, so that is the main reason why i really want some person from any part of the world to adopt my pets for FREE adoption because my wife and i will be responsible for paying their delivery charges to you.

babies.. i have been looking for a home for them for a while now but

This past Friday, a friend of mine was excited as she found an ad online offering two adorable Yorkies. The individual Jessica Ryan (ryan.jessica02@gmail.com), claimed the dogs were in Wyoming with her, however, they originally belonged to her cousin who had recently passed, and she could not take care of them long-term. Jessica emailed three photos, one of which a girl was posing with the dogs, so it seemed to be legitimate. Because she was leaving for Maine on Sunday to attend the funeral and spend two weeks there, she had to find a new owner for the 12-week old puppies asap. Jessica did not ask for money only reassurance that my friend would be loving towards Tina (f) and Kesy (m), the pups. According to Jessica, the puppies would come with all of the puppy necessities, e.g. crates, vet records, and so forth. After multiple emails, my friend was determined to have the puppies shipped. Jessica forwarded her to Relocation Pet Courier ([url]http://relocationalpetcourier.yolasite.com/[/url]), reassuring my friend that she had used them beforehand. Per Jessica, the cost would be about $300. The courier forwarded my friend the information on where the pickup would take place and the final cost of $440. They then requested she send the total amount via Western Union. Below are the WU details:

Informing me of the transaction, I obviously became suspicious and had my friend forward me the emails before sending any money. The website, [url]http://relocationalpetcourier.yolasite.com/[/url], which is of course no longer active, was actually under investigation, noted in the area where the Terms & Conditions would have been. Yolasite, also informed potential customers that if they are entering into a transaction with said company, it was probably “fraudulent”. As for “Miss Ryan”, upon doing further research, the ad in which she posted was taken down. Furthermore, I wasn’t able to find anything else linked to her Gmail account, however, I did find a story quite similar to my friend’s experience. Typically the website informed people that the scammers would provide a sad story of their “loved one dying” and they could not care for the pets, needing someone to take ownership as soon as possible. Of course, there’s no payment, just for you to pay the shipping cost.
Anyhow, here’s additional information found within the email:

Informing my friend she wasn’t too happy as she was excited to have these dogs. Still thinking Miss Ryan was legit, I instructed my friend to email Jessica directly copying the link regarding the fraudulent activity notice, as well as a suggestion of a legit courier, AND to speak with her on the phone. My friend has informed me that Jessica provided a plethora of excuses that her phone was inactive and the website was taken down for upgrading. After several emails that she was not lying, my friend told Jessica to no longer contact her. “Miss Ryan” has not contacted my friend since.
