This is a lottery scam mail and the scammer is using a Hong Kong-based Yahoo email account.
This lottery does not exist and you did not win any money.
You will be asked to send fees to claim your prize. A real lottery does not require you to pay a single cent for whatever reasons.

I've been getting these kind of emails lately as well as ones telling me I won an ATM card along with 800,000.00 but I can only use this atm card to deposit the funds in my bank account.
These emails are supposedly from England and Hong Kong.
I've notified the Boston MA branch of the FBI.

and if it was Britain Pound
why would he use a hong kong address
