This is a scam mail and everything in it is fake.
The number below is a China number, so this scammer IS based in China.

I have received mail that I won Coca Cola Promotion Organization prize/award payments in the total amount USD 750,000. This prize will pay by ICBC bank in Bangkok. Is there any ICBC bank in Bangkok? Is it true story? I was asked to pay USD 350 open new bank account bank for the transaction…shall I pay for this?
Same with Mr. Abhinendra Kumar. But they send me massage from facebook. Said i win $800.000. Bank Contact Mr. Robert Li. I called him and he told me to use Ms. Lori Hensly as my lawyer to take the money from bank. Than Ms. Lori Hensly told me to transfer $200 as Tax Payment. I ask her to send me her passport. Don;t know if this is true or not. Can someone help us?
I recieve a notification yesterday allegely from ICBC CHINA urging me to send my personal particulars so that they can transfer to my account the sum of $500,000.00 which is supposed to be my winning in the Mall of Asia Xmas Bonanza Lottery. Previous email regarding this listed a certain Frank Reyes as the contact man from the Mall of Asia who subsequently provided me the info that the amount is deposited in your bank and that I must immediately contact your bank. I never did but I still received the last email notification which urged me to get in touch with a certain Mr. Young Jr. In your bank. I am fully aware that this is a scam from the very start. I sending you this comment in the hope that it could be of help to track down the scammers and stop their nefarous activitie4
My friend won in the US lotto and he had to contact a lawyer to claim his prize. How would my Chinese Lawyer contact you if your company have no permanent address? My lawyer will go after you if you don’t award to me that $1 million I have won! L.O.L.!!!!
