We acknowledge the receipt of your mail, the hard
copies of your contract document, have been forwarded
to the Nigerian immigration services duly sign by
(IBRAHIM M. DADA) the Project Administrator NNPC
company and have also sign in the name of  (NNPC
Recruitment Services),and it will also sign by DR.
JOHN M. ADENUGA of ( Nigerian immigration
services),before sending it to you.

The Offer of Employment stated that NNPC shall pay you
on the performance of the services rendered, the sum
of $19,750.00 (Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred and
Fifty Dollars only) monthly, there will not be any
deduction of taxes, all paid by NNPC and no deduction
against recruitment fees, every salary goes directly
into your account,

As your contract originated from here, that is why you
have been directed to make contact with the Nigerian
immigration services here in Nigeria for the
procurement / acquisitions  of your Valid Visa /
Resident and work permit papers as we are having
contract agreement and proper understanding with them
so that it will be easier and faster for you to
procure your work permit papers to Nigeria.

As soon as you make contact with them and their
requirements are duly received they shall send to you
Via DHL courier all your necessary immigration
traveling documents including the hard copies of your
contract documents to your postal address. Therefore
you have to start now to make contact with the
Nigerian Immigration as that will effect the release
of the hard copies of your contract document to you.

Therefore, once you been granted the approvals from
the Nigerian immigration here in Nigeria, you shall
also be paid before embarking on trip to Nigeria your
first month salary, flight tickets and other benefits
to enable you take care of your financial needs as
soon as you have secured the necessary approvals from
the Nigerian Immigration/ Internal Affairs Ministry.

Secondly, to mark your seriousness, all employees
successfully screened and recruited for the NNPC "
INDEPENDENT POWER PLANT PROJECT" (And not presently
possessing a valid Nigerian Residence and Work Permits
Clearance Papers) shall be expected to personally
incur all expenses as shall be related to the
processing, procurement and acquisition of their
necessary permits clearance papers with the Nigerian
Immigration Services and shall be duly reimbursed and
will be substantiated with receipts and the employer
will reimburse the employee not later than Five (7)
working days after submission of employee’s expense
report and receipts.

This is just to show employees willingness to work
with us, that is why you have to start the procession
of your work permit papers with the Immigration here
in Nigeria as we are having a contract with them. 

I want to advise that you have nothing to worry about
in this contract with NNPC COMPANY, you should proceed
further with the Nigerian Immigrations for the
procurement of your residential permit papers, once
their requirements is been met, they shall send to you
the hard copies of your Contract documents traveling
papers and other relevant papers to enable you come to
our country for the project work which starts soon.

And you shall also send to us all the expenses you
made in the course of procuring your work permit
papers to Nigeria including your Bank account details
for your reimbursement, that is after you have gotten
an approval from the NIGERIAN IMMIGRATION SERVICES,
here in Nigeria.
