This is another typical example of a "Money Mule" scam mail trying to fake Huamao Arts and Crafts Company, looking for "Payment Representative" to assist in "transfer of payment".

We do not recommend "trying this out", as any trace of the illegal money will lead to you.

There is no such thing as home-based, payment representative/payment transfer job. The real businesses will never need or trust individuals to transfer money from their customers.
