I had an e-mail from Agent: Mr. Sainclair Chambers saying that I have won 2 million 500 thousand pounds. How can I check to see if it is a joke or what. Thank you

I don't know of any lottery system that uses email. If you didn't buy a ticket and you got the 'notification' via email, it is a scam. Period.
