Another quick update that we received another similar South African US$1million lottery scam email from a hotmail account. The email explains that

the Lottery Programme is done to promote the South African 2010 World Cup hosting "as announced by FIFA in Zurich Switzerland to be played in South Africa in 2010"...

The following is the scam email header, an email using free hotmail account just like any free email addresses used for scamming.
