Found this announcement in one of the forums regarding 2CO fraud checks. As we can see, the task of the "gatekeeper" is not easy, having to screen off good orders from frauds among the thousands of transaction per day. Any errors in the process would cause a lost in profit margin for both the merchant... and subsequently the Payment Processor.

80% of the orders placed through
2CO either fail the initial fraud checks or end up passing and THEN being charged back. We will no longer accept 2CO as a form of payment.

I have wasted too much time and have seen over $6k in "sales" wasted the past 30 days because of their inability to offer a decent service.

I have removed 2CO from our accepted payments list and will NEVER add them again. We are looking into some other gateways like....
